John M. Buckman III is a former fire chief, national organization leader, author, trainer, and professional photographer. He is the director of government and regional outreach for IamResponding.com and the education coordinator for the Volunteer and Combination Officers Section. He has published eight books, authored more than 200 articles, and presented
programs in all 50 states, each province of Canada, the Dominican Republic, and Beijing, China.
